North America. At the forefront of the fast-growing battery energy storage market, and with projects are
helping to transition the nation’s electric grid to a cleaner and more reliable future. This company’s
storage projects provide major utilities with a multitude of important services, including reliable
fast-ramping capacity, energy, and ancillary grid services, including renewable energy integration
support. The Company is independently owned and is among the largest players in the US energy storage
sector with a 15+ GWh pipeline and about 1.7 GWh of projects already in operation, construction, or
advanced development under contract with utilities and other power buyers. The company is HQ in
Orange County, CA with employees in multiple regions across the U.S. Their diverse management team
has many decades of experience in the renewable energy, utility, and independent power sectors.

Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Treasury Manager to
oversee their treasury operations and financial activities related to renewable energy projects. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in treasury management, corporate finance, and renewable
energy financing structures. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to optimize cash management, liquidity, and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute treasury strategies and policies to optimize cash flow, liquidity, and working
capital management for renewable energy projects.
● Manage daily cash operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and bank
account reconciliations.
● Monitor and analyze financial markets, interest rates, and currency fluctuations to identify risks
and opportunities for the organization.
● Evaluate and recommend financing options and capital structure for renewable energy projects,
including debt financing, tax equity, and project finance structures.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure financing, negotiate
terms, and execute financing agreements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

● Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to ensure access to capital
and optimize financing terms for renewable energy projects.
● Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections to support decision-making
and strategic planning initiatives.
● Implement and maintain treasury systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency,
and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
● Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposures, interest rate risks, and other financial risks
associated with renewable energy projects.
● Provide timely and accurate reporting on treasury activities, financial performance, and key
performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced
degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) or professional certifications (e.g., CTP, AFP) preferred.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or related fields,
with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
● Strong understanding of renewable energy financing structures, tax incentives, and regulatory
frameworks.
● Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP systems, and financial software
applications.
● Knowledge of banking operations, cash management products, and treasury best practices.
● Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
● Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and project visits.

Salary:
$120-$160k base plus bonus
