This individual will provide real estate, transactional, and administrative support to multiple cross-functional teams, including the company’s project finance and development teams, with an emphasis on real estate closings and title curative work. The company is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects across the United States that acquires, develops, owns, operates, or has contracted more than 8 gigawatts of capacity among a portfolio of over 65 renewable energy projects. You’ll interface directly with title companies and surveyors to resolve any issues or discrepancies and obtain revised title commitments, title insurance pro formas, and final surveys as deliverables for financing or closing transactions. You’ll prepare and coordinate the execution and recordation of real estate agreements, including lease and easement agreements along with associated memoranda, amendments, and terminations. You’ll handle landowner estoppels, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, and various other land, title, and curative documents, affidavits, and more. You’ll coordinate, track, and report on the execution of projects, including title searches and title curative work. You’ll also track project status reporting for a pipeline of real estate properties proposed or under option for project sites. You’ll conduct analysis, coordination, and procurement of crossing consents and crossing agreements with third parties, including conveying and drafting compliance requirements to construction teams and contractors. You’ll prepare and administer contract critical dates, electronic calendaring, and closing checklists, in addition to coordinating and assisting with all aspects of closings.

• A willingness to take initiative and solve problems efficiently is critical for this role, as is the ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

• Applicants with transactional experience, familiarity with closing mechanics and documentation, knowledge of title insurance, and the ability to summarize legal documents and contracts will excel in this role.

• Individuals with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, keen analytical acumen, and excellent time management are highly sought after.

• We seek service-oriented individuals who can adapt quickly and communicate effectively with team members, other internal departments, and external counterparties.
