Senior Solar & Storage Engineering Manager

Intelletec Energy is partnered with a leading financial services firm that develops and implements models and strategies throughout the renewables and IT space.

Through their Energy Department they've become a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States making more than 6 gigawatts of capacity across a portfolio of over 60 renewable energy projects.

After seeing major gains in their multi-strategy funds that are driven by systematic, discretionary, and hybrid investment strategies they are expanding their New York division.

They're seeking Senior Manager of Solar & Storage Development Engineering to lead development engineering, procurement, and construction teams as projects mature from preliminary early-stage development designs to launching construction.

Responsibilities

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering, a demonstrated history of academic and professional achievement, and four to ten years of relevant experience are required.
• Experienced in navigating multiple projects across a wide variety of gigawatt portfolios of assets from early to mid-stage 3-10GW.Previous solar civil analysis and layout experience is required.
• Experience with PVsyst, Civil3D, and other applicable software design packages is preferred, as is a thorough understanding of the solar PV site grading, cut & fill analysis, and tracker tolerances to balance tradeoffs.
