Senior Project Manager

Intelletec Energy is partnered with a leading provider of clean energy solutions, offering innovative and sustainable products and services to power homes, businesses, and communities.

Their products and services are designed to be cost-effective and easy to use, making it simple for customers to reduce their carbon footprint and take control of their energy consumption commercially and residentially. Recently they invested over $500M to further expand their renewables portfolio and with that, they are expanding their internal teams to support the growth they're experiencing.

The Senior Project Manager of Development to develop and showcase leadership, negotiation, and project management skills while working with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will lead negotiations for project agreements, obtain permits, and present projects to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day transaction process for timely and cost-effective project completion
• Coordinates key functions such as feasibility analysis, design, legal review, permitting, and financial negotiations
• Acts as liaison between internal and external specialists for procurement, contracting, permitting, and interconnection
• Ensures compliance with technical and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Requires experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), land leases, crossing agreements, or PILOT agreements.
