Financial Director @ Global Firm

We are working with a well-established firm who have a global presence & asset portfolio. The firm is looking to add to its New York team and to further expand on its presence across EMEA. In addition to adding a Financial Director in NYC they have aggressive plans to grow into new markets in EMEA with their dynamic, sustainable and diverse portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include capital raising the necessary funds to develop the activities of the business. The business is coming into a stage where it will need to raise significant capital in order to execute on the development vision and positioning the existing business accordingly in the market

Some info on the role:

• Throughout the various stages of the business plan both debt and equity capital structures will be considered
• Work within an established Finance team of the Investment business
• The expected capital raise is well in excess of $100M.
• This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in US capital markets / fund raising to work on a global platform and facilitate growth in the US/EMEA

Desired skills:

• 8 years experience , ideally with 4 years atleast as a Financial Director
• Proven capital raising network in North America, Europe or Asia is a plus
• Investment Banking and/or Big 4 experience is a plus
• Proven experience in driving multiple capital raise with equity investors and debt providers within emerging markets is essential
• Strong entrepreneurial attitude is essential
• CFA is essential
